Very misleading from the start - CNC Machinist AGCO Employee Review

Too many hours. Mandatory 10 hour days, and 3 Saturdays must be worked before you can get the 4th off. They stated multiple times during the hiring process that they work occasional 10 hour days, and very rarely on Saturdays. The machine shop is super behind, led by very poor management. The supervisor I report to knows his stuff, be the foreman he reports to consistently undermines his decisions, for no reason. Makes it very hard to get anything done
