Pros
Management is actively employing a system whereby communication is maximized across the facility. You can see that they are actively trying to let everyone know that they matter to the bottom line. Also the work environment is very encouraging and innovation is highly prized..... as long as safety is not compromized
Cons
Projects and issues are given attainment targets that are sometimes difficult and impossible to meet and it makes for a difficult team environment. There are also numerous positions that are filled with people who have years experience with the company but are not necessarily qualified for that job.
