      The pay is alright for the area

      Cons

      Plant 1 management is the worst I've had in this industry, always on overtime 58 hour weeks 3 weeks in a row before you can get a Saturday off and have to put in vacation over a month in Advance if you want a day off If you work here don't expect to have a social life out side of work
