Worst HR I’ve experienced - Production Assembler AGCO Employee Review

When you have a problem and take it to HR, they’re supposed to be unbiased but so far that has not been the case. They have a side and trying to talk to them about issues you have is a waste of time. They won’t help you, but only throw everything back in your face. They work you hard and it doesn’t seem to be good enough. There are no bonuses and lack of appreciation from upper management.
