Pros

Learnt a lot in this company. Used this experience very well for career advancement. Work here for 1.5-3 years and move on.

Cons

Too much work was given and there were no returns. You don't even get a pat in the back, forget about a raise. Someone else will take credit for your work. Also, Diversity pretty much absent in this place as opposed to other major companies. Most people are great but unfortunately those that matter are bad to deal with. Unless you belong to the upper manager's university club, just learn and move on.
