Pros
Good location, nice office, flexible working hours, salary was not bad either, plus I had plenty of options to advance my career.
Cons
The whole team was disorganized, and due to the lack of planning, people were pushed to do immense amount of work all the time. People were coming and going all the time, and this put extra pressure on the remaining members of the team.
