Pros
Many opportunities for travel, networking, and collaboration in multiple products and platforms at different sites globally. Newer senior leadership (above the individual site levels) seems to be focusing on the right things, changing priorities, listening, and actually making some changes.
Cons
Extremely poor alignment and direction from local leadership. Excessively lean organization and poorly managed out of the Jackson site causing high workload, stress, and burnout for high performing individuals and teams. Absolutely no alignment of goals between different organizational branches at the local site level and very little capacity to actually focus on personal goals and development for 90%+ of the office personnel. Work/life balance is not important, and salary is nowhere close to industry averages or expectations. As an employee achieving an "exceeds expectations" rating on nearly all performance appraisals, increases are rare to exceed 3% and actually averages below 3% since my time with the company. No inflation or cost of living adjustments.
