      Opportunities to move roles and learn new skills.

      Cons

      A disorganised, chaotic mess of a company. No forward planning. Some really poor managers who seem to go unscrutinised and get paid a lot for being really bad at managing people and/or technically incompetant. Slow decision making by senior management.

      - Ability to work from home or remote - Ability to change jobs within the organization - Great coworkers - Flexibility for innovation

      Cons

      - Doesn't listen to concerns or requests from employees - Employee bonuses are based on how well they praise their company in reviews used in board meetings - PTO caps after 3 years - No communication on what leadership is planning - No action is taken on concerns or issues that employees raise up - No plans discussed except for vague emails - No training or support for mid-level managers
