Pros

Nice office, Great PDG (one of the best!) Gym on place A lot of paid holidays

Cons

Pay is below the market Benefits are below the market. Awful middle management The job description I’ve applied on wasn’t the job I ended up doing. They mirrored great responsibilities and make you believe that you’ll be a part of a decisions making process but what they really want is a drone to do what you are told to and they make you really aware that your expertise for which you supposedly was hired for is not wanted. In fact, they don’t even want to hear about it. Accounting processes, inventory control and management is completely out of date and it’s forbidden to try to update it. As long as the middle management doesn’t change, there is absolutely no place to grow.

Pros

The core operations and day-to-day tasks have potential, and there are some hardworking individuals within the teams.

Cons

Lack of Support & Resources: There is virtually no training or development provided to help you succeed in your role. You are met with incredibly high expectations but given very little resources to actually achieve them. Undermined Management: Leadership completely takes away your ability to manage your own team. HR is highly disorganized and actively undermines management decisions, making it impossible to establish authority or support your staff effectively. Workplace Culture: There is a serious issue with discrimination. The environment can be extremely discriminatory toward minorities and Muslims, which creates a highly exclusionary and uncomfortable workplace culture.
