      Great learning opportunity and they will pay for you to advance in Certifications. Benefits are not too bad either. People are friendly.

      Cons

      Salary is extremely low, advancement is very unlikely, timekeeping is very stringent and can be stressful.

      Pros

      Great work schedule. Benefits & quarterly bonuses were a plus! The owners were great!

      Cons

      Management allowed too many chiefs not enough Indians type of work place. Therefore, everyone that worked there basically got away with anything and just received a slap on the wrist, if even that. Was told in my interview they did annual raises, never seen one.
