Pros
Flexible, so if you need to make a doctor's appointment, or pick up kids from something, they'll work with you.
Cons
High expectations with very little training. If you have a question, you probably won't get an answer for a while. (Some of my questions regarding how to do something would sometimes take a couple of months to get answers.) Management can be pretty petty. Very unprofessional comments and remarks. Received a pretty childish response when I turned in my resignation, and they refused to do an employment verification for me when I got my new job. Pay is considerably lower than similar jobs you'll find in Des Moines. They really talk up their benefits, but they really aren't as awesome as they advertise. Be wary of this company. You'll need thick skin, and a lot of endurance to make it here.
