Pros
It’s still good that you are still being paid.
Cons
Poor management. They have a little or almost no billable hours but they makes it sound like it’s your problem to have low billable rate. I was just a junior and they are the project MANAGERS, what do you expect? Isn’t the manager’s job to fight works for staffs and staffs are told to do the tasks the manager gave to them? Ridiculous The workers here are rude and unprofessional as well. They provided little or even no supervision and training to junior staffs and will blame you for doing it slow/ don’t know how to do it. If you ask them how to do it, they will just fool you around and tell you ask someone else. Organisation is hell of messy that they don’t even have a company standardized template and spreadsheet. They will doubt the spreadsheet you are using from their last project and asked you to develop a new one that you fully understand. Okay, it will take a day or two but they just allow you to charge 3-4 hours and blame you not to have enough billable hours. Micromanaging everything and having many unnecessary meetings. And you could only start your 401k after 1 year of employment, which is kind of sucks.
