Pros

Software was fine when you got used to working around sudden changes and glitches.

Cons

- Lack of opportunity for growth, work spread unevenly among staff. - Too few staff. The resulting stress can cause friction between teams. - Bro culture. - Weak management who enable same gross characters to repeatedly bully and prey on staff. - Out of touch management eg pompous and tone-deaf 'critiques' of staff WFH set ups during Covid.

Pros

The Company is quick to try things. The business has moved into the medium sized space but is still nimble and able to change relatively quickly. Management is always open to hearing ideas from staff. There is some ability to move between offices and there is flexible work hours. Multi cultural staff. Good opportunities for high remuneration - depending on the type of work you do.

Cons

Head office location is not on a train line - though there are plenty of buses to the area. Head office itself is quite an old building , though it has been freshly painted inside.

Pros

If you put the effort in and build relationships you will be rewarded Good flexibility, attractive incentive structure Easy to talk to management Little micro managing if you are meeting your minimum expectations

Cons

Overall nothing significant, lack of parking at the head office is annoying and building is tired. Not suitable to sales people that that want to work 9-5 There has been i high turn over due to a change of CRM that was not managed ideally.
