Pros
During my tenure, I did grow professionally as the scope of one's position is fluid and my superiors were supportive of me taking on more responsibility.
Cons
The downside, is that I was not properly compensated for taking on additional responsibilities or tasks. Management was also in the hands of a narcissistic and abusive person who has since left the company.
