Pros
It's a very independent job with a lot of flexibility on how to perform your work of helping people achieve a meaningful job. Working with people that have disabilities is rewarding and helping people attain competitive and meaningful employment is also very rewarding.
Cons
The list of participants on your case load can grow very fast. Trying to keep constant communication and reporting of participants activities is also a challenge. And the most difficult would be the prejudice and misinformation the public has regarding people with disabilities.
