Pros

There are futuristic projects we are working on, and important work is being done. The pay level is higher than anywhere else I have seen before in Canada. There is a work from home plan. Hard working team and team lunches and snacks.

Pros

Good holidays for Canada. good coworkers

Cons

- Employees are not valued. - Management love micromanaging everything, then miss deadlines and can't take responsibility for their own issues. The company is getting too large for this micromanagement. If you can't handle the workload, then utilize middle managers to manage it for you. - Management is very cheap, don't like to spend money on the tools that you need to get your work done. You can be relegated to utilizing free software for your projects. Poor benefits, poor insurance. - Teams in U.S. apparently only get very few holidays off.
