      - Quite diverse hires ethnically - Great office location - Friendly colleagues

      Cons

      - They have no idea how to build a gen-ai app. They hired a lot of experts in other parts of AI and lack the know-how - They have really poor planning - They have very intelligent employees and the structure is that they just get in the way of each other... like snatching defeat from the hands of victory - Cant decide if they are a startup or corporate

      Strong bias toward certain employees based on nationality; favoritism is common. Engineering leadership is poor; product team manages engineering instead of proper engineering leadership. Strict expectations around office presence; asking for flexibility can be taken offensively. Overall management practices are frustrating and demotivating.
