Pros
The people at the lower levels are very talented and some of the lower management is great to work with. Benefits are good, with a good deal of starting vacation and sick leave and good insurance options through Blue Cross Blue Shield (though with new regulations, those are becoming expensive).
Cons
Lack of organization, priorities that leave out employee satisfaction, failure of upper management to communicate with employees and a very strong dislike of most of upper management. Morale in the building is low and there is question on whether or not this company is headed for shut down. Upper management has driven out a lot of talent, though they blame losing people on the re-structuring. There is no room to grow, and you'll find they prefer to hire outside contractors or hire outside of the company rather than use the talent they already have. They have also made it obvious who they don't like and have pushed people out by insisting they take positions they don't want. Field staff is expected to travel all the time, and though work life balance has been given lip service, there has been little progress made in that area.
