Good enviroment - Process Engineer AIC Semiconductor Employee Review

- We work in multicultural environment, and I think top management really do care about other ethnicity and religion based on how they set the schedule for Friday's Prayer. - Team also quite good, we helping each others and always open-minded with each others. - Manager opinion are not biased, unless a solid communication are being thorough then she will approved it. Strong leadership skills.

- Lack of benefit - This place is quite old, so the feeling quite dull sometime. But they are improving nowadays, they have paint some place with brighter colour.

Great place to work....no pressure...
