Highly unprofessional Play with career of professionals Financialy weak - Appraisals are meager (if given!!) Do not ignore negative comments on Glassdoor as those are 100% true All positive comments are added by the management to attract new talent! HR is the biggest culprit for this situation at the company. If HR doesn't like someone then that person cannot stay in the organization for long. Even the directors bows down in front of the HR!
