Completely disengaged Board of Directors allows the CEO to run the organization into the ground without any accountability. The organization had 25 full time employees in Sept 2025 and within a matter of three months so many had resigned to get away from his leadership that organization now only has 10-11 full time employees and have no revenue or new funders coming in.
