      Pros

      There are a lot of fun things to work on. The teams work well together and the end product is fun to see in action. We get great lunches and snacks. If you want something to change everyone seems to be open to new ideas.

      Cons

      It is pretty small, so it can feel like there are not a lot of people around sometimes. Everyone still responds to their messages. The dead lines can be somewhat stressful, but it's not bad.

      Pros

      Startup working on challenging domain - autonomous earth moving equipment. Environment is modified by the machines themselves, so SLAM needs to take account of dynamic ground as well as dynamic objects.

      Work life balance may be compromised
