Toxic work culture in recent years ! - Senior Lecturer AIMST University Employee Review

Aimst University has beautiful campus and very hard working students. Problem with Aimst University is that the senior management keep changing and new team brings up new policies. There is no stability in their vision and mission . In last two years , new management has spoilt the work culture at Aimst University. Incompetent people have gained the access to the powerful posts and ruined everything. I have worked in faculty of medicine for many years and in last two years , present Dean Prof. K.R. Sethuraman has spoilt the work culture and many staffs were removed from jobs. Foreigners who are joining the Aimst University should be very careful. Most of the foreigners didn’t get their contract renewal and no notifications given for few staff members! As per Dean. Prof.K.R. Sethuraman, Aimst University is going through financial crisis. So, I don’t suggest you take up any job at Aimst University by considering the financial stability of the university and bad work culture.
