I am the founder so I am not objective. However, these are the aspects we pay the most attention to in terms of our work culture: - We are in the most exciting space to be in: machine learning / AI - We provide ownership like no other place. I worked at consultancies for a long time jumping from project to project. We are striving towards the same goals but always experimenting with different approaches. - We are results focused. Our output is measured and transparent for all to see. We own our results and improve them over time. - We are as non-hierarchical as it gets. Some of the best ideas come from the most junior members who immerse themselves in initiatives and come up with great insights. At every meeting, we ask for dissenting opinions. I know companies that tell people that they are obliged to dissent and it remains an empty slogan. AIMultiple is/will not be that place. - We provide more autonomy than you can ask for. We work as a global team with no offices. We manage our own schedules. - We are caring. With stretch targets, we fail many times. As long as we fail with limited waste and keep learning during the process, we are on the right path.

- I as the founder work very closely with clients which is great for the business but not so great for us as a team as we need time to collaborate. I am striving to improve the balance between client work/team work. - If I look back at how we were working 6 months ago, I see so many flaws. We didn't have daily stand ups, we were not organized around initiatives. 6 months from now on, I will probably be seeing many potentials for improvement in the way we work now. We are fast growing startup and that comes with a lot of change which takes effort to adapt to. AIMultiple is a good fit only for those with a great appetite for learning & self-improvement. - There are times when we need to touch base over the weekends. We need to stop that. However when we need to do this, we are compensating with vacation time during the week.

The work is flexible and its remote.

Pay is very less and there are no career aspirations.
