Lunch is good. Facilities department ( office boys etc) is super good. Software department is also working good. Too much to learn for freshers. Good people are there but you have to find them.

In my department there was zero professionalism, Manager and Team leads will comment on females of the company and pass adult jokes on each other like they are sitting on the corner of street ( if raising this concern they will say they want to make a friendly environment within the team and if you raise voice you will be targeted all the time). Team leads are having zero skills to lead. CTO wants you to work for 19 hours in a day.

Decent salary Lunch Health insurance

The most toxic workplace ever.nothing you would do is valued. They will exploit you, call you on weekends and make you work after hours. All this is without extra pay. No flexibility. The top management is toxic with a lot of favouritism. Sinking ship with bad product development. They are operating on vibes
