It is a very fast pace environment- which may be intimidating to some. There is a lot of cross-team/department collaboration which people may also find intimidating/difficult/is not preferred.

Strict wfh, annoying influencer culture vibes, bad leadership, they choose aesthetic and minimalism over everything else, blatant favoritism, lots of incompetence
