5yThanks for taking the time to share your perspective; we appreciate your feedback and I know people value hearing from current Associates. Leadership development is important to us and is a critical component of our culture, so I’m happy to hear that you have seen a positive impact from our Leaders. We care about all our Associates and provide resources to invest in their growth and development. We don’t want to just be ‘good enough’, we’re always striving to be better and we want to help our Associates get there, and celebrate them along the way. I appreciate you calling that out.
In regards to your comment on pay, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly making updates to our salary ranges as necessary to keep us competitive. In addition to salary we offer many other perks and rewards to recognize the hard work of our Associates.
