Leadership development is important to us and is a critical component of our culture, so I’m happy to hear that you have seen a positive impact from our Leaders. We care about all our Associates and provide resources to invest in their growth and development. We don’t want to just be ‘good enough’, we’re always striving to be better and we want to help our Associates get there, and celebrate them along the way. I appreciate you calling that out. In regards to your comment on pay, market data helps us ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and our Total Rewards team reviews market changes regularly making updates to our salary ranges as necessary to keep us competitive. In addition to salary we offer many other perks and rewards to recognize the hard work of our Associates. We’ll keep working hard to ensure AIR MILES remains a great place to work. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
