We make it a priority to invest in our learning and career development platforms to give our Associates the tools they need to succeed. Our Associates drive our culture. AIR MILES has the best people who are passionate, hardworking and innovative. We hope to continue to create meaningful value for all of our Associates as they are truly our biggest asset. With respect to your comment about decisions making, we understand that sometimes effective decision making does take time, especially when undergoing change. As we navigate our way through a large digital transformation at AIR MILES, we need to ensure we are making the right decisions for our Associates, our Collectors and our Partners. Decision making is complex and takes intentional thought. It also involves factors such as Associate feedback and engagement, organizational performance, program development and growth opportunity to name a few considerations. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
