With our expertise in loyalty program management, collector intelligence and collector engagement, AIR MILES is made up of the brightest and best, bringing business, technology, marketing and analytics together in order to make thoughtful, innovative decisions from all perspectives. Associate expectations of working for a leading-edge, digitally savvy company are always top of mind and we are excited about the direction we are heading in, and for what’s to come. Most recently, we embarked on a transformative journey to modernize our Travel business systems to create a best-in-class, digital-first experience with scalability for future growth and expansion. We have exciting plans on our 2022 agenda - many of which are a direct result of input from our Associates.
Regarding your feedback about the executive and management teams, at AIR MILES we prioritize Leadership and Executive development, consistently investing in training and development programs to ensure our people continue to be innovative so we stay on top of industry trends. Last year we took steps to implement Leadership Key Performance Objectives to measure leadership effectiveness, along with a leadership survey to solicit Associate feedback regarding leadership and to ensure we continue to learn as an organization. We know that developing our people is critical for increasing engagement, fostering our culture and enhancing performance, which in turn drives our results and growth as an organization.
