Thank you for your review. You are right, we have an incredible culture at AIR MILES due to the collaboration, dedication, and fun that our teams bring to work every day. In regards to your comments on management, we know that good leaders not only contribute to our growth and success but also drive innovation and create a positive work environment. As such, we consistently invest in ongoing training and development for all of our leaders. Last year we took steps to implement Leadership Key Performance Objectives to measure leadership effectiveness along with a leadership survey to solicit Associate feedback regarding leadership and to ensure we continue to learn as an organization. We know that developing our people is critical for increasing engagement, fostering our culture and enhancing performance, which in turn drives our results and growth as an organization. The Leadership across the organization, including technology and other areas of the business, are working together towards achieving our shared vision of being Canada’s best Loyalty Program. We encourage you to voice your concerns internally to your Leaders and Managers, and allow us to address this lack of alignment to continue to make AIR MILES a great experience for our Associates and externally.
