Career progression is very important to us at AIR MILES. In 2020, 41% of our job vacancies were filled by internal transfers and promotions. To continue driving this number up in this stat in 2022, we’ve created and implemented a new career-leveling framework so that we can provide more movement and progression opportunities to our Associates. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
