Hello – thank you for your review and contribution to AIR MILES. I’m so glad you have been experiencing the amazing people here and are enjoying the role. There is a lot of work to be done to achieve our priorities. With that said, we have implemented various initiatives to help provide work/life balance for our Associates including no-meeting time-blocks throughout the week, Wellness Days and Summer Hours. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
