With respect to your comment on pay, we work annually with available market data to ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive and adjust these ranges as required. Additionally, we are proud to offer many other perks, subsidies, and recognition tools to reward our Associates for their hard work and dedication to AIR MILES. We continue to focus on enhancing our technological capabilities with the help of our new Chief Technology Office, Rick Neuman – and empower our Associates to be tech-first in their thinking! We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
