Thank you for your review! I’m so glad that you are enjoying the range of perks and benefits that we offer our Associates. Our future of work vision, which is rooted in a permanent flexible working model, was created in recognition of the importance of allowing Associates to choose where they do their best work and was based on feedback collected directly from our Associates. We maintain an office in Toronto as our headquarters, but do not mandate a minimum number of days in the office. To support our Associates with our new future of work vision, we have recently introduced a new Remote Work Stipend benefit and continue to review our benefits regularly to ensure that they are relevant and valuable to all Associates. I appreciate your feedback regarding the time it takes to see action and results on certain initiatives. We are focused on continuously evolving our approach to innovation and speed to market and have introduced Agile Marketing teams as a result. We recently tested a new offer, AIR MILES Max Pass, which went from idea to in-market in record speed, and we are committed to continuing to test and learn from new ideas more quickly. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
