I’m so glad to hear the level of work/life balance and the flexibility that you enjoyed through our remote-first work environment made the Associate experience at AIR MILES a good one for you. We take our Associates input very seriously. Through regular surveys, focus groups and feedback sessions, AIR MILES Associates have helped inform the decisions made around our Future of Work vision, as well as the recent additions to our range of benefits and incentives. We are always exploring ways to evolve the ways in which we recognize and reward Associates and will continue to not only leverage our existing platforms to allow everyone to have their say, but to also consider new ways to solicit feedback to drive continuous improvements. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
