Pros

None whatsoever except that it is a job and a salary comes in. You get paid more and no questions asked are the only advantages.

Cons

Regional biased leadership with no thought leadership involved. If you happen to be girl, you are given importance including senior leadership. Disgusting work culture, very bad managers. Management is very bad and biased. Join at your own risk. Very Unhealthy politics driven by many including MD of the company. The top leadership of the company are all the MD's pets. Even if one tries to stay away from the politics, its impossible, invariably you will become a part of the politics. The company is all about how to promote the already promoted leadership. Onsite opportunities only for the die hard disciples of management members incapable and poor management team, above all stupid politics at its peak. Dont get carried away by all the marketing they do the reality is not even 20% of it. I will never recommend this company for joining, unless you are on a suicide mission of spoiling your career. Manager does not even do a proper performance review. No feedback given and taken. All those who gave a 4/5 star rating are just faking to increase the company's overall rating. Do NOT go by the too sweet to be true statements. Just read all reviews from few years and you will know.

Pros

- Company has huge goals and aims to innovate all the time. This makes the work challenging and rewarding if successful. - If you innovate and improve processes, you will most certainly be rewarded - Managers will do the best they can to help you grow as long as you (1) do good work for them and (2) communicate your desires - Good mix of young and old people. Outdoor lunch patio. Pick-up basketball team. Go-to friday night bar right below office. - PTO is encouraged and grows yearly

Cons

- Software is so robust and complicated that fixing major issues becomes near impossible. - Sometimes they focus too much on new features when their old features still have flaws. This makes it increasingly difficult to fix old features as more features are piled on. - The problems stem purely from an organizational and planning standpoint. If they can do this better, we can manage our deadlines better and improve the product immensely.
