9yWe were shocked by the harshness of this review, because it ignores the value we place on promotion based on merit, regardless of gender or tenure, and discounts the efforts of those who are recognized for their hard work. Our goal is to improve both engagement and productivity, and we concentrate on delivering quality software at the same time as helping our employees reach their full potential. Employee growth and development is a two way process and we encourage everyone to actively contribute to designing a development plan with their managers. We’re continually re-evaluating our efforts to train managers to provide increased visibility and transparency into your development. This means of course, that you need to be open to feedback that will help you improve and advance your career. Many employees have taken the initiative to enrol in learning and development programs and we encourage all employees to take advantage of these opportunities in the future.
