- Software is so robust and complicated that fixing major issues becomes near impossible.
- Sometimes they focus too much on new features when their old features still have flaws. This makes it increasingly difficult to fix old features as more features are piled on.
- The problems stem purely from an organizational and planning standpoint. If they can do this better, we can manage our deadlines better and improve the product immensely.
