They respect time off and don't make work outside of the agreed timetable. They pay for fuel and depreciation costs if I have to drive. I get along very well with my coworkers and bosses.

Since it's such a small company you can sometimes get overwhelmed by the amount and variety of tasks that you are given. You're always busy doing something.
