We are sorry to hear you have had this experience, the truth is that 2020 was a tough year for everyone, and for us was especially challenging opening a new site. Many changes have occurred since then, due to we identified some of the issues you have pointed out, for instance: • We have added a weekend plus for all our employees of 11% additional out of the base salary. • Currently, we are changing the air ventilation and dehumidifying systems, this project is set to fishing in June 2022. • Daily, our Maintenance team, checks the temperature, humidity, and air quality to maintain stability, the measurements are public and any team member can request them. • Our employment policy is based on Danish law, plus we count on Danish legal counselors that support us with advice for all employment decisions.
