pay is decent vs other billing companies

training is not specific to the actual job function you will be doing via your department, expectations and quota are not realastic for all you have to do an account attaching records, appeals, sending a lot of other documentation they will say there not about numbers but there about productivity soon as training over they dump you in the field and expect you to figure out. management and team leads are fake and show favoritism there meetings are ghetto unprofessional there system is old and outdated
