Pros

In a employee environment comprised of multiple cultures, various levels of educations, ethnicities, experiences conflict resolution seemed to be a concern and an important issue to upper management.

Cons

However, as a new employee an effort was made to have me come to the "us vs. them" management philosophy or leadership theory. A leadership style from classical school of thought thought popular in today corporations, is an organizational theory from the 1930's industrial revolution era. Good leadership is more inclusive; less tyrannical or abusive. It is more human capital oriented which was not present in this work space environment at the time. I quickly learned that concern for employee cohesion was not he case and the approach to attract talented hires was a facade.
