Location is a con for me

All though, like other jobs, there is the day to day drudgery. However, working for a company that places a value on continuous improvemnt is a pretty awesome compared to other places. If you don't like something you can change it.

Some people do not like change, in fact, I may say most people don't like change. These people will always be around and they will always be noisy pain in the your proverbial side but progress will continue.
