      Get to contribute as an individual as well as worked with the team. Lot of opportunity to gain experience.

      Cons

      Most of the development team members are at offshore so not much of face to face communication.

      Good working environment and open culture, supervisor is willing to teach you and the boss is really friendly and open-minded

      Cons

      No any Cons, but need to communicate to your direct boss directly, anyone work here is so busy
