Over Politics. Over Restriction, like some body screw our neck. Changes in rules and regulation day by day as management favor. No Motivation. No Salary( if any request , immediate termination occurs). No Job Security. (example :Management gives Award as Best performer, and terminate after a month ). Playing in employees career(example: They will play in employees career even in BG verification). Worst Environment. Mobile Restriction(Not for a security issues.It is for not attending interviews outside). All call recorded in office LL phone. Always thinks narrow towards employees. Overall the worst IT management.

Good place for learn, Lot of opportunities there.
