Would not recommend employment at this company unless you like being thrown under a bus - Administrative Position AJM Packaging Employee Review

AJM is an extremely unpleasant and stressful place to work. The owner is unhinged and has yelled at employees in the middle of the office as well as screaming obscenities in the office when a fire marshall was doing an inspection. My manager was was one of the worst managers I've ever had. I had very poor training and my manager would become visibly annoyed when I would ask questions during training. The manager picked on one coworker all the time. You are thrown under the bus by management for things that are outside of your control. If the plant or a customer makes a mistakes it your fault. I wish I taken all the negative review to heart and not accepted a position at AJM but I quickly learned the negative review are very accurate. This place will negatively affect your mental health.
