Pros

AJW have been really supportive in providing the training, tools and education to succeed in performing the role. Have made me really incredibly welcome. Always seeking to do things better through innovation and process improvement.

Cons

Being on shift in a large organisation the communication can be a little disjointed.

Pros

Good facilities Or if you want to get some experience

Cons

Very stressful working environment with poor communication throughout the company. Processes and expectations constantly changed without following the correct procedures, which often caused confusion and knock-on compliance issues. There was almost no constructive feedback given — no indication whether work was being done correctly or not — until sudden threats of disciplinary action appeared out of nowhere. This created an atmosphere of anxiety rather than improvement. Staff morale was extremely low and turnover appeared very high, which is unsurprising considering the lack of consistency and support. Management also showed clear favouritism and discriminatory behaviour, creating an unfair and uncomfortable working environment. Overall, the workplace felt disorganised, reactive, and unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend working here unless significant changes are made to management structure, communication, and staff treatment.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate you raising your concerns. We take matters such as communication, wellbeing, inclusion, compliance, and health & safety very seriously. Where formal processes are required, these are implemented in line with established procedures and only where there are significant concerns relating to operational standards or safety requirements. We aim to ensure that employees are kept informed and supported throughout. As a business operating in a highly regulated aviation environment, our requirements can change, and we recognise the importance of managing this with clear communication and support. We are committed to continuing to strengthen the employee experience and welcome all opportunities to improve.
