Pros

Quiet office environment, low traffic with general public.

Cons

Low compensation for intermediate duties, poor training procedures, management, short staffed. I agree with the most current review, company asks current employees to review and give impression that there is room for opportunity, growth, and diversity. There is little to no room for career advancement in the Hayward, CA office.
