Pros
You can get in contact with interesting companies in the sector, but you will always be inferior to the rest of the staff (there are very exaggerated cases such as Airbus, where you are worth less than the cleaning staff)
Cons
There's no added value on being a member of AKKA, they simply charge ridiculous fees to the clients, which of course won't translate into high salaries for you. Salaries well below the market, and all the promises of "training" "follow-up" etc. are lies. They will throw you into the lion's dent with the client, and if you don't know have no idea how to do your job because nobody explained ut to you, it's your problem. And if the client gets tired of you, they make you add that experience to your resume, and they "sell" you to another client for a higher price. If you have more options, make this be your last
