      Pros

      The Dispatch Supervisor is a one of a kind, he genuinely cares about his team, their families and he put together a great team. The pay was above any other dispatch position around here.

      Cons

      When the companies merged, the top leadership started laying off all of the lower leadership directors and managers and then eventually laid off most of the employees located in America and replaced them with people in India for less pay.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
