      Salaries are decent they wouldn't like to leave a person is really good with recruitment or no of Pos you're giving to the management.

      Cons

      Weekly Target is 7 subs if you miss them continuesly for 2-3 weeks you'll be under management observation and the work load will be increased. If you couldn't reach the weekly Target you'll asked to leave immediately on spot. No job security.

      Prompt pay Interesting role w/ good client Time and half paid for +40 hours of work

      Cons

      Refusal to provide pay increase with increased responsibility and promotion No face to face engagement with contractors No advocacy for the employee No paid holiday or offering of PTO
